- Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the platform for any purpose without our express written permission.
3. Account Registration
Some features of StreamVerse may require you to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. StreamVerse reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

All content on the StreamVerse platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of StreamVerse Entertainment or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or otherwise use any of the content without the express written permission of StreamVerse Entertainment. The StreamVerse name and logo are trademarks of StreamVerse Entertainment, and may not be used without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
StreamVerse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the platform. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall StreamVerse Entertainment, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold StreamVerse Entertainment, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the StreamVerse platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles, California. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Termination
